
OVERVIEW
In January 2026, I began my cooking journey. While studying abroad in Oxford, I realised my sausage roll purchases from Greggs were adding up. To expand my skill set, save money, and replace unhealthy snacks with yummy, nutritious food, I challenged myself to make at least one meal a day. I became the most frequent user of the kitchen in my program. Below are a few of my favourite concoctions.
